Where Once
Joy
Happiness
was lifted
to the sky;
Seemingly Now,
Has rapidly fallen
Taken a nosedive.
For Only
Replaced with sadness.
For desiring closeness,
Longing for someone
that's beyond
your reach;
Seemingly,
Leaving your heart
Waiting
Put on hold.
For Love
Needs to be
open widespread,
But, is seemingly,
Torned and tattered
unable to fly.
Though,
God says,
Dear child,
For Broken
Becomes Blessed,
For Your
Love's Broken Wings,
I'll mend,
Sending you soaring
blissfully into
the clouds.
