Many tears
has fallen,
For my past
has been filled
with darkness.
Searching for
the light,
seemed like
a forever task.
But, for when
the light appeared.
I arose
from broken dreams
to a glorious reality.
For a survivor
is now standing.
For the survivor
is me.
