Darkened bottomless depths
of emotional distress,
Your mind
becomes entangled
with thoughts
of sadness.
Depression seeps in
Slowly drowning
your positivity.
For Your
Tears of heartbreak
silently falls
No sound
is heard.
For Your
Pained teardrops
even evaporates
almost instantly.
Seems as if
Your emotions are numbing.
For This
Is a blessing
And a curse,
For Not feeling
The upsetting,
Can be beneficial.
Though,
God says,
Dear child,
For You
Must absorb
The negativity,
In order
To benefit
From the positive.
